Cain/Irwin 50th Wedding Anniversary Saturday, Sept 12th, 2020 Norman is proud – but exhausted! - to announce that he will have survived fifty years of marriage to Anne on Saturday, September 12th, 2020! We were married at The Holy Rosary Church, Sunderland, on that day and date in 1970. From 1970 until 1981, we lived in Fence Houses and Great Lumley, but since 1981, we have called Huntington Beach in Southern California our home. To all our family and friends with whom we planned to celebrate – or commiserate with Norman! – this auspicious occasion with a knees up in Durham, thank you for your cards and gifts . . . and who knows?
